This session will discuss the potential use of EU eID, and the upcoming EU common eID, in the KYC industry, in the light of the thriving customer digital onboarding processes and remote KYC practices, the opportunities and constraints introduced by the new AMLR Regulation package, and the potential bottlenecks the two projects identify and study in detail.
